Who are bots for that

If you have not come across bots for that before, here is the short version. We build tailored automation for regulated, process heavy industries, and healthcare is one of the sectors we work in most closely. Several years spent solving this exact problem have shown us how much time gets lost to admin that nobody chose to spend their career doing, and how much better things run, for staff and patients alike, once that admin is handled properly in the background.

We build automation around the systems you already use, the rules and compliance requirements you already follow, and the way your service actually runs day to day, because in our experience that is the only version of automation that actually lasts.

Why we started here

Our founder built bots for that after seeing the same pattern repeat across very different organisations. Talented, capable people spending a disproportionate amount of their time on repetitive admin, not because they lacked the skill to do more valuable work, but because nobody had built anything that actually fit the specific way their operation ran. Generic software promised efficiency and delivered a new set of workarounds. What was missing was automation built around the operation itself, rather than the operation being asked to adapt to the automation.

That is the problem we set out to solve, and it is the same problem we see clearly across healthcare. Clinicians completing admin that has nothing to do with patient care. Practice and back office staff manually reconciling records across systems that were never designed to talk to each other. Compliance and safeguarding documentation completed correctly under pressure, because in healthcare there is simply no room for it not to be.

How we work

Every automation we build starts with genuinely understanding how a service operates, not with a product demo. We look at the systems already in place, the compliance and safeguarding requirements that cannot be compromised on, and the specific points where admin is taking time away from patient facing work. From there, we build automation that fits into your existing workflow rather than asking clinical and administrative teams to fit into ours.

Drowning in manual, repetitive work? Tell us the task and we’ll show you what to automate.

We use AI extensively within the automations we build, from language processing that reads and routes referrals to models that help keep records consistent across systems. But AI sits inside a system designed specifically for your service, not handed your process and left to work it out alone. The result is automation that does the repeatable work reliably and correctly, every time, so clinical and back office teams are free to spend their time on the patients who need them.

Why healthcare

Healthcare shares a common thread with the industries we work in most closely. High volumes of repeatable process, real compliance and safeguarding obligations, and people whose time is genuinely better spent on patients than on data entry and admin. We began in betting and gaming, one of the most heavily regulated industries there is, before expanding into accounting, and healthcare carries that same weight of consequence when something is done incorrectly. That is exactly the environment our approach was built for.

We know healthcare cannot afford automation that gets things approximately right. Every automation we build is designed to be correct every time, because in this sector that is not a preference, it is the baseline.
