Custom automation-as-a-service for people services

Your best people, buried in admin. Let’s change that.

Nobody joined recruitment, law or estate agency to spend half the week on data entry, chasing, formatting, compliance checks and CRM updates. Yet that is quietly where the hours go, and your team feels it long before anyone thinks to measure it. We build automation around the way you already work, run it for you as a service, and hand those hours back.

You’ll likely recognise your firm here

Most people-services firms we meet are in one of four situations:

1

Tried & Stuck

You built something — Zapier, Make, a Power Automate flow. It worked for a while, or never quite worked, and now it is the problem. Internally the verdict is that automation is harder than it looks. The technology isn’t the problem; the architecture is.

2

Built & Broken

You invested in automation and it was delivering — and now it breaks every two weeks. Your latest automation has been down for months; the dashboard costs a thousand pounds to fix and still fails. You shouldn’t be paying to maintain what should just work.

3

Scaling but Failing

You have tried a lot of things; some worked, some didn’t. Now you have a patchwork, a backlog of ideas, and no clear path to scale. You need a transformation programme, not another pilot. Complexity doesn’t need more complexity, it needs a single architecture — and AI foundation models fit this perfectly.

4

Patched & Exposed

Twenty, fifty, two hundred systems — none of it planned, all of it accreted through growth, acquisition and quick fixes. Processes cross boundaries, gaps appear, and compliance becomes a manual prayer. The gaps between your systems cost more than the systems.

In their words

Trusted across regulated, people-heavy industries

“bots for that is solving a problem most firms don’t fully realise they have yet — how to manage client obligations, data, and workflows in a post-MTD world without adding layers of complexity.

The platform brings everything together in a really intuitive way, giving a clear view of liabilities, deadlines, and risks across the client base. It feels like the kind of tool that will become essential as compliance demands increase.

Just as importantly, the team behind it understand the needs of the profession and are building with real intent.”

Common questions

Automation as a Service, answered

What is Automation as a Service for a recruitment, legal or estate agency business?

Automation as a Service means we do not simply build an automation and hand it over. We map how your business actually runs, build the automation around the CRM, applicant tracking or case management systems you already use, then run, monitor and improve it as an ongoing partnership with a single point of accountability. You get the outcome rather than another tool to maintain.

Which tasks can people services firms realistically automate?

The repeatable, rules based work sits at the front of almost every process. Acknowledging and screening applications against a role’s criteria. Routing enquiries to the right consultant, fee earner or agent with context attached. Progressing a matter or instruction through required compliance stages. Keeping client and candidate records consistent across systems. Judgement calls, negotiations and difficult conversations stay with a person.

What makes Automation as a Service different?

It is not another tool added to the stack. It is a single architecture built from the ground up across six layers, the foundational model, the agent harness, data and integrations, context and knowledge, skills, and security and governance. That is what makes it last. Individual tools tend not to connect to one another, and each one is vulnerable the moment a system around it changes or updates. Automation built on one architecture is designed for those changes rather than broken by them. In recruitment, legal and estate agency that matters because your CRM, applicant tracking and case management systems update on their own schedule, and a point solution wired between two of them tends to break the first time one of those vendors ships a change nobody told you about.

Bring us your most repetitive, time-sapping process — we’ll scope it and prototype fast.
