Automation-as-a-Service

Automation that speeds up admin and frees your clinical teams.

Your clinicians did not train for years to spend their day on referral admin, appointment chasing and records that will not talk to each other. We automate the repetitive work sitting around care, then run it for you, so your teams get their time back for the patients waiting to be seen.

Real impact, for patients and staff

For patients

Referrals routed, not queued

Referrals are processed and routed to the right specialism the moment they arrive, rather than waiting for someone to have a spare ten minutes.

For patients

Fewer missed appointments

Reminders, confirmations and rebooking are handled automatically, so fewer appointments go unused without adding to a receptionist’s workload.

For your teams

Patients, not paperwork

Letters, records and routine documentation happen in the background, so clinicians spend their time with the patients in front of them.

For your teams

Safeguarding without the scramble

Compliance and safeguarding documentation completes and logs itself, correctly every time, however short staffed the department is that day.

In their words

Trusted across complex operations

“bots for that is solving a problem most firms don’t fully realise they have yet — how to manage client obligations, data, and workflows in a post-MTD world without adding layers of complexity.

The platform brings everything together in a really intuitive way, giving a clear view of liabilities, deadlines, and risks across the client base. It feels like the kind of tool that will become essential as compliance demands increase.

Just as importantly, the team behind it understand the needs of the profession and are building with real intent.”

Dean Shepherd · Founder of ESXR

“Bots for That have been brilliant!

They have helped me to understand and use AI better in my business as well as building my an MVP for my pre seed raise and it is amazing!”

Grace Hardy · Founder of Hardy Accounting

“[bots for that] helps us keep on top of the day-to-day mundane bookkeeping, the data entry side of things. It’s allowed us to focus our attention on communicating with clients better.”

Daniel Larcombe · Practice Manager at Future Cloud Accounting

“A team member was off for a week and the bot picked up all their work no problems at all. They pretty much walked straight back into work without a lag in catch up time!”

David Adderson · Founder and Director of Youtopia

“Bots completely transformed the firm. We’re able to rapidly scale and increase our offerings too!”

Chris McKenna · Director at TC Group

“Bots saved 75 FTE over the Cheltenham festival. That’s 600 hours of time the team could use for more valuable work.”

Stephen White · Customer Services Director at Boyle Sports

“The Bot took over the roll of over 100 FTE across Cheltenham. With 54,000 conversations, over 25% were handled by the bot without needing an agent.”

Phil Connolly · Director at William Hill

Common questions

Automation as a Service, answered

What is Automation as a Service for a healthcare provider?

Automation as a Service means we map how your service genuinely runs, build the automation around the clinical and administrative systems you already use, then run, monitor and improve it as an ongoing partnership with a single point of accountability. Clinical teams are not asked to adopt new software on top of an already demanding workload.

Which healthcare admin tasks can be automated safely?

Referrals processed and routed to the correct specialism on arrival. Appointment reminders, confirmations and rebooking. Patient records kept consistent across systems so nobody enters the same information twice. Compliance and safeguarding documentation completed correctly every time. Clinical judgement itself always stays with a person.

What makes Automation as a Service different?

It is not another tool added to the stack. It is a single architecture built from the ground up across six layers, the foundational model, the agent harness, data and integrations, context and knowledge, skills, and security and governance. That is what makes it last. Individual tools tend not to connect to one another, and each one is vulnerable the moment a system around it changes or updates. Automation built on one architecture is designed for those changes rather than broken by them. In healthcare that matters because clinical systems are updated on national timetables you do not control, and an automation stitched between two of them is exactly what fails quietly the week after a release, at the point a clinician is relying on the record in front of them.

How does this fit with UK GDPR and information governance?

UK GDPR requires personal data to be accurate and kept up to date, which becomes considerably harder to satisfy when the same patient record sits in several disconnected systems updated inconsistently. Automation that keeps data connected addresses a governance obligation, not simply a productivity one, and the audit trail is produced as part of the work rather than assembled afterwards.

Bring us the admin taking your teams away from patients.
