By using Bots For That’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide automation and AI solutions for accounting firms and professionals. Details of services are set out in your order form or subscription.
User Obligations
You must use our services lawfully and not misuse them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Fees and Payment
Fees are payable as set out in your contract or subscription. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
Intellectual Property
All IP in our services remains ours or our licensors’. You are granted a limited licence to use the services in accordance with these terms.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate for breach or insolvency. On termination, you must stop using the services and delete all copies of our software or materials.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
